Led by Founder and Principal Eric Hennessy, our work spans decades of hands-on industry experience across medical devices — orthopedics, vascular medicine, gastroenterology, blood management, and cell therapy — now extended into AI-powered workflow integration and staff enablement for clinical and medtech environments.
Our foundation in biomedical engineering, across development, manufacturing, and commercial functions, is what separates us from generalist AI consultants. We understand the regulatory constraints, the clinical workflows, and the organizational dynamics.
