Led by Founder and Principal Eric Hennessy, we bring decades of hands-on industry experience across medical devices, including orthopedics, vascular medicine, gastroenterology, blood management, and cell and gene therapy.

Our background in biomedical engineering, combined with experience spanning development, manufacturing, and commercials functions, allows us to operate as a true execution partner. We have contributed to the successful development and launch of numerous Class I, II, and III medical devices, in addition to holding multiple patents. That work has been done shoulder-to-shoulder with clinicians, customers, manufacturing teams, suppliers, and commercial organizations.
